This policy explains what data I collect through e3develops.com, what I use it for and what you can do about it. It is written to be understood, not to cover my back.
What I collect and why
Only what you type into the audit form. I collect nothing else, and there is no system on this site that tracks or identifies you without your knowledge.

I do not use your data to send you marketing, I do not add you to any mailing list, and I do not sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Why I am allowed to handle it
Because you give it to me voluntarily and tick the acceptance box when you submit the form. That is the legal basis: your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR). If we end up working together, the processing is then based on performing that contract (Article 6.1.b).
How long I keep it
Until your enquiry is resolved and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you get back in touch. If we do not end up working together, I delete it within a year at most. And if you ask me to delete it sooner, I do so as soon as I read your message.
If we do work together, I keep what is necessary for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law.
Who else sees it
The form on this site runs on Web3Forms, a service whose only job is to deliver what you write to my inbox. It acts as a data processor and its servers may be located outside the European Economic Area, which involves an international transfer of data covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.
Messages then arrive in my mailbox, hosted by Google (Gmail). The site itself is published on Cloudflare Pages, which serves the pages but does not collect any data about you on my behalf.
Beyond that, nobody else. I do not pass data to any other company or third party, except where legally required.
Cookies: this site uses none
There are no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no fonts or resources loaded from other servers. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
What you can do with your data
By emailing e3develops@gmail.com you can ask me to:
- Access — tell you exactly what I hold about you
- Rectify — correct anything that is wrong
- Erase — delete everything
- Object or restrict — stop using it, or use it only for something specific
- Port — hand it over in a format you can reuse
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without having to justify it
I will reply as soon as I can and within a month at the latest. You do not need any special form: just tell me.
If you think I am getting it wrong
Write to me first and we will sort it out. If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es), which is the competent supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy
If I change anything significant, I will update the date above. Changes apply from the moment they are published.
